On Friday afternoon sports reporter, Jordan Schultz reported on Twitter that there is a story in the works accusing Phoenix Suns owner, Robert Sarver of racism, sexism, and sexual harassment. He even went as far as to say that “there’s a real chance that the league would forcibly remove Sarver.”

Just a few hours after the tweet, the Suns released an official statement denying all of the accusations against Sarver. Along with the organization’s statement, there were also statements from Suns President and CEO, Jason Rowley, Suns GM, James Jones, and Robert Sarver himself.

“I reject any insinuation of personal or organizational racism or gender discrimination,” Sarver said.

Schult went on Arizona Sports’ Burns & Gambo to provide further details on the report.

“As bad as you might think it might be for us to be having this conversation, it’s worse,” he said. “There’s just no way that with all of these people on the record, men and women, that he’s going to be able to survive this in my eyes.”
