The 2021-2022 season has been one of Kevin Durant’s best, as he has led the Nets to an 11-5 record and the third seed in their conference. Throughout the first 16 games, he has posted some incredible statistics, especially in regards to his crazy efficiency and scoring.

In all Kevin Durant fashion, he is second in the league in points per game with 28.6. If he were to improve slightly and finish this season as a scoring champion, it would be his fifth time achieving such. Additionally, when it comes to his scoring, he leads the league in field goals made per night with 10.6. However, what is craziest about this is that he is 18th in field goals attempted.

He is also ranked 29th in minutes played per game, which makes his numbers even more remarkable.

Another remarkable stat is that Durant also leads his team in rebounds, and is second in assists. Durant has put the Nets on his back, but it seems to be working, as they look like one of the strongest teams in the east.
